I have copied the \Program Files\FeedReader & \Documents and Settings\[USER]\Application Data\Feedreader. The program runs OK and shows the correct feeds. However the preview windows gives a parse error line 1.
Andy new feeds show the same error.

Well we don't know if the answer helped that person, how rude.
But it certainly worked for me.
I had to format and then re install my operating system win2k I had the same problem with the parse error but after upgrading the msxml parser everything was as before, working sweet with no problems.
So thanks for bothering to answer the ingrate.
You must copy then full
You must copy then full feedreader directory including subdirectories.
In future you could just install from feedreader setup and copy feedreader.ini and RSSENGINE.FDB into new computer Documents and Settings\[USER]\Application Data\Feedreader directory.
This error is not very informative (which fr version you are using).
Maybe this computer has old msxml parser
