TrayIcon does not "light up" / notification steals focus

Precondition:
- Display notifications -> disabled

Bug:
- Tray icon does not "light up" when unread articles arrive

Observation:
- Selecting "Display unseen notifications" lights up the icon
(maybe the disable routine should not include changing the icon)

Annoyance:
- If "Display unseen notifications" is selected and Feedreader is open,
each notification gives focus to the Feedreader window.

From next beta if you have notifications disabled then tray icon will light up if there are any new messages.

Focus window problem - we are still dealing with this :).
