I have noticed recently that in one of the feeds I regularly read the descriptions are either not shown at all (http://www.overheardinnewyork.com/index.xml). Other readers have never had a problem with this particular feed and an inspection of the raw XML in a browser properly shows the content that should be in the descriptions.
