HTML tags and '&;' characters not parsed in titles

HTML tags and '&;' characters in RSS titles are not parsed.

For example:
"Ménage à trois Bosons"
should be
"Ménage à trois Bosons"

and
"Too much H<sub>3</sub><sup>+</sup> gas in interstellar space"
should either filter out the tags or support real sub- and superscript.

We could not fix this bug in this beta 3 that we released some minutes ago (it still takes some hours to appear in servers).

We will look into this problem and fix it in next version next Friday.

Next version will hopefully be release 3.0 and not beta any more.
