Feeds not correctly deleted

I dropped "BBC NEWS" from the feed list - and all the time BBC NEWS apears again. What is that?

Or is this a case of smart feed settings?

So where could I find this seven lives cat BBC NEWS?
So that I can finally destroy and delete BBC NEWS?
