Is it possible to downgrade from 3.14 to 3.13 without deleting the database? Just installing the old version results in an error message that suggests that there was a silent upgrade on the database file format and the old version doesn't know how to handle it.
The new "linked scrolling" behaviour of 3.14 is highly annoying, so I'd strongly prefer to use 3.13 instead.
