Right Alt + N == Ctrl + N

Pressing Right Alt + N I want to get polish character "?" in inherited IE window. Instead I get "Add article" window, just like using shortcut Ctrl + N.

‹ right click - "open article in new window" doesn't open a new browser - steals existing browser window that is open Problem with alert window (it cannot fade out). ›
