Error in ALL of my users - Access Violation

I installed FeedReader for an internal test and all of the users are experiencing the same issue.

An error dialog box opens on login which states:

An Error Occured in program

Access Violation at address 006F7B56 in module Feedreader.exe. Read of address 0000001C

If I run the Fix Database.bat file in the feedreader directory, I get the following:

I/O error for file rssengine.fdb.

I think it won't work because the rssengine.fdb file is located in the appdata folder for the user.

This happening for probably 50 users using FeedReader 3.13

Any suggestions?
