Example feed for reproducing:

Tag is not any of the following: (book) **

Bugs:

1. Filter will return matching result as well as non matching result. I.e. articles with "book" as well as those without "book". This will make it impossible to have two smart feeds from same feed, one with tags X and one without X.
2. Filter will also remove any articles with blank/missing tag, regardless if it is "is any of following" or "is not any of following". This will make articles disappear if tag filter is used at all. A blank tag "" should logically match [not "book"].
