Data portability dubious with FR

When I try to import feedreader.opml from RSSBandit, I get this error:

Reference to undeclared entity 'ccedil'.Line2, position 20962.

Is this a feedreader issue or RSSBandit issue? Which one does not follow the spec?

Could you also make it possible to export only *part* of the database, one folder only for example.
