I use the 3.13 version and I have sometimes this error while I try to download a torrent file (10-30Kb).
And every times on a podcast feed for mp3 files (30Mb).
Yet, I have no problem to download this files with Internet Explorer !

this error occurs when server tells for example filesize: 10 MB, actually downloaded 4 MB. Filesize mismatch happens also, when sometimes connection fails.
Could you provide feed url where this podcast is present.
Also you could increase http read timeouts
