Feedreader 3

I installed 3.13 over the previous 3.12, in folder Program files/FeedReader30

FR does not launch anymore, and I get the Windows message "feedreader.exe encountered a problem and must be terminated. We are sorry for the problem ..."
On pressing OK, I get this error:
Exception EReadError in module feedreader.exe at 00023AB7
Error reading ImageList_treeview:Bitmap: Failed to read ImageList data from stream.

What should I do? Re-install 3.12 over it and wait until this is fixed?
