Search feeds - unread articles after deletion

Hello,

The "Unread articles" smartfeed shows that there are unread articles after deleting a search feed with unread articles. How to reproduce:

1. Create a search feed, make sure it contains some unread articles
2. Delete the feed
3. The "Unread articles" smartfeed is displayed as it contains unread articles (see the screenshot attached)
4. Click "Unread articles" - the feed is empty

Feedreader 3.13 midrelease #2, Windows XP
