How about adding a screensaver-function to FeedReader?
It could either and/or both (customizable):
- Show headlines as a ticker
- Show headline and body for a customizable number of seconds
It should allow for repeating/skipping news with arrowbuttons without closing the screensaver, ala Microsoft XP picture screensaver.
Basically, a screensaver that let's you view feed-content automatically, with a nice-looking interface.
Oh, lest I forget; it should also display the time.. Maybe a digital clock in one of the corners?
Anyways, thanks for making the excellent FeedReader!

Hello! Technically it's not
Hello!
Technically it's not a problem to create such screensaver. I have thought about it myself. Besides screensaver it could also be used as dashboard in public places. But the problem lies in graphics. I'm quite idealistic then it comes to aesthetics and at the same time I'm absolutely incapable of drawing this things myself. And we do not have decent graphic designer for this job.
If anybody is interested we would happily cooperate then it comes to this functionality.
Greetings
