What's really annoying me about Feedreader is...

that it's not possible to watch videos fluently while Feedreader is running. Even the mouse lags while playing a video. I use the K-Lite Mega Codec Pack with ffdshow. Actually I think it should be possible to play a video on a quad core cpu
that normaly uses up just about 3% of cpu time but it's obviously not.

don't know if you read other

don't know if you read other posts..guess not but this issue and solution is mentioned here http://www.feedreader.com/node/1371

hopefully we get a new build, perhaps today :-)

in the meantime you can fix this quite easy by lowering the
priority on mysqld-nt.exe from normal to below normal

in a "normal" case you can just use the taskmanager for this, but it wont work in this case...so here is the way to do it

download process.exe from here http://tinyurl.com/yrpb8
and run it from dos promt whith this command
process.exe -p mysqld-nt.exe belownormal
(you need admin rights to do this)

Thanks.

Thanks.

PS: How could I possibly

PS: How could I possibly assume that it has something to do with extreme harsh CPU load? I mean the CPU is just used by 25-50% and except of the ffdshow filter everything works just fine. And it's not the typical behavior you have when cpu is used by 100% that even the mouse lags. So tell my why I should have tried to solve my problem like it was described in the other thread or even read it when there no sign that it could have something to do with it? And your "I guess bla bla" was annoying me the whole day just to your information.
