I would like to know if there's any chance I can get to my feedreader from any computer (kind of netvibes with a password or a general html address) or this feature goes only with the "connect" edition?

Or use the synchronize! option with ftp connection.
Put your database on an external USB HDD
This may not be exactly what you mean, but you can use an external USB storage and plug it to any computer with feedreader installed, then you can always access your unique database!
