OPML import works, but Feedreader dead after that

I imported an OPML file into Feedreader with already a few working feeds inside Feedreader. Everything seemed OK, I selected a few folders from the list, and got all feeds inside Feedreader. Editing feeds showed the correct values: feed Name and URL seem OK. However, Feedreader does not download any articles for any of those imported feeds. Worse, feeds initially in feedreader before the import stopped updating.

I ran the backup utility, deleted all but 1 of the imported folders, ran the backup utility again. Still, I cannot fetch articles for any of the imported feeds. I have no problem with my internet connection as the internal browser works.

Problems after OPML import seem to have been reported in this forum for older versions, but I could not find the workaround. I can email you my database, please give me an email address. By the way, I use version 3.12 released on 10 January 2008.

I appreciate your quick support, as my Feedreader database is now useless.

If you looking at "next feed

If you looking at "next feed update" in Edit feeds, is the update date in history or it's in future? What comes to DB then you can make it available somewhere and send me link to DB (toomas -ät- feedreader dott com). We will take a quick look at it.

Greetings, also there is

Greetings,

also there is undocumented parameter (/reset).

If you run feedreader.exe /reset then all feeds are forced to be updated.

Getting better, thanks

I ran the program with the option \reset.
The "next feed update" dates of imported feeds are all in the past.
But, I can see a big improvement: selecting "Update feed" does actually update a single feed now. If I wait long enough (1 minute), articles are actually downloaded for that feed. I may have to update feeds manually 1 by 1 (I am not sure that "Update all feeds" works). I will let you posted if I still have trouble.
