about smartfeed?

hi?every one!

I'm a niwbie to FeedReader, and I get questions about "smartfeed":

when I configure a smartfeed, and where will it feed from??
From all over the internet or some specific sites?
And how could I let the smartfeed just feed from the specific site?

Any reply would be valuable.
