"internal gds software consistensy check..." - What is that?


I'm using Feedreader 3,09 under Microsoft Windows XP 2002 invorement. Everything was going perfect until a sudden shut down of my laptop because of temperature reasons! From that moment and on, feedreader never loaded again normally, but show me the same message:

A error occured in program

internal gds software consistensy check (can't continue after bugcheck

I made an uninstall to the program but the problem still exist. I do not know what to do... Please give me your ideas of what is really happened and how I can fix it as soon as possible!

I think it's a bug in the

I think it's a bug in the program's code because I get the same error after I had to reboot my computer without exiting the application.

I found it! I'm trying to run it but again it pops up the same message and furthermore back up program stucks (I let it 5 min and had no respond)!!!

I'm totally frustrated...

Is anything else that I can do?

There are two possibilities.

There are two possibilities. Either delete file

C:\documents and settings\USERNAME\application data\feedreader\rssengine.fdb (in this case you lose your feeds and articles)

or use feedreaderbackup utility. If you are using backup utility then select only "Fix possible database errors" and leave other options unchecked.
