Problem still with 3.09

Have the same problem - got this before with various 3.x releases, now still with the 3.09 one.

Throwing away the existing .ini file doesn't fix it.

Windows: WinXP SP2

Can't resize or move notification window

I can only resize the notification window down, and I can't move it at all.

Now I have a teeny tiny window...that I can't read the headline in.

I like FeedReader...but this is kinda irritating.
