Just wanted to let you know that this bug is still open.
I just had this behaviour with feedreader 3.10, 3.11, 3.12 and 3.13 (latest midrelease); firefox 2.0.0.14 under windows vista 32bit, latest SP.

Tools - Options - Advanced - Keep Application in front when opening browser

Does not seem to work properly. I have Firefox 2.0 as my default browser.

I click on a link to open in my browser and it switches to the browser. It also locks up explorer so to the only way to get back to FeedReader is Alt+tab or Win+tab

This behavior was seen in 3.06, 3.07 and 3.08.
