We have updated development snapshot with newer release. If you are using 3.08 then please install the same setup again.

IE Access Denied problem solved

After installing 3.08, it has cured the problem I was getting with 3.07, where, when I clicked on a feed, I would get a window pop up saying "IE error, access denied".

Open link automatically does not take efftect on upgrade

Has upgraded from 307 to 308.
A click on articels on feeds where Update periode was set to IntelliUpdate caused the article link to be opened even if "Open link automatically" was not checked.

Work around:
1) Set "Open link automatically" On and press OK in Tools Options
2) Setting "Open link automatically" Off again

Definitely grabbing this. I am still hoping for the ability to clear out read headlines and/or completely purge all headlines (Without removing the feeds and feed settings) ... :/

Development Feedreader snapshot

Hi!

We released development snapshot of Feedreader 3.08.

Changes:

Some bugs fixed
Installer bugs fixed
Reworked unreadcount calculation a little bit. By this we lower the possibility of wrong unreadcount calculation.
Mark all feeds read - if you triggered it from "all news" or "unread news" and you had a lot of unread articles then unread count updating failed. Now this is fixed.
New feature - News packages. Basically we are trying to extend feed offerings from default feeds to feeds that are different on any language. This means that english speakers receive their feeds, estonian speakers receive different feeds. Now only thing that is missing is feed packages in every language :).
New feature - Database information. It shows you some statistics about database, also inactive feeds and problematic feeds.
New feature - "Open link automatically" can be set globally.
