FeedReader3 on Sharepoint portal--feedreader3 truncates links that contain URL encoded quotes (%22)

We have a couple of large law firms utilizing the Sharepoint3 RSS reader in their sharepoint portal to display RSS feeds from Westlaw, along with those from many legal content providers. All feeds appear to break "only" with feedreader3 on sharepoint, but not the desktop feedreader3 version, when links in the feed have URL encoded quotation marks (ie, %22).

Here's an example RSS Feed:
http://watch.westlaw.com/feedservice.aspx?guid=41889b0d-a8be-4cef-bb95-27faf133e19c&do=2

Note one of the links in the feed with URL encoded quotes (%22):

http://www.westlaw.com/find/default.wl?DB=DAILYDEAL&DocName=UUID(I50088d80665611db8e258f6374395b08)&FindType=l&DOLOCATE=Locate&LQuery=ci(%22daily%20deal%22)&RefId=41889b0d-a8be-4cef-bb95-27faf133e19c&VR=2&RS=WWCR1.0

If you put the feed into feedreader3 on sharepoint, the link as displayed by Feedreader3 truncates at the first %22, resulting in a broken link (http://www.westlaw.com/find/default.wl?DB=DAILYDEAL&DocName=UUID(I50088d80665611db8e258f6374395b08)&FindType=l&DOLOCATE=Locate&LQuery=ci()
