sadly this DB error is also unknown for me.

Did you tried fix database option only from backup utility ?

New error (for me) - neither make/restore from backup nor deinstall/reinstall fixed (tried both 3.12 and 3.13)

Program won't start up for me today, and the normal avenues to fixing it didn't resolve the issue.

I'm seeing this when I try to start:

Application cannot start (16). database C:\Doc{gives full path}\rssengine.fdb shutdown

And the backup/restore shows me this in details:

gbak: activating and creating deferred index RDB$PRIMARY12
gbak:cannot commit index RDB$PRIMARY12
gbak: ERROR:attempt to store duplicate value (visible to active transactions) in unique index "RDB$PRIMARY12"
gbak: ERROR:action cancelled by trigger (3) to preserve data integrity
gbak: ERROR: Cannot deactivate index used by a PRIMARY/UNIQUE constraint
gbak:Exiting before completion due to e
rrors

Any ideas? If it comes to it I'm willing to reload everything from scratch. I just don't remember them all, so it would be great if there's at least a way to get a list (and URL/path?)
