This bug is going on and nobody is reacting. :(

Description of the current situation: folders show the correct number of unread items, however each individual feed is shown as if it was empty. "Hide read feeds" hides all feeds, only folders stay.

"Refresh unread count" temporarily solves the problem.

Unread count still broken in 3.13

I am using the normal FeedReader, not mysql.
Feedreader gets it all wrong counting new items, some feeds are displayed as read, but in fact there are many new items in them.
.
I have no way to know which feeds actually contain unread items. This is a huge bug.
.

Bug: "unread count" still broken

It has been 4 months with this problem: some of my feeds appear as read, despite having some unread items in them.
.
This is really annoying, because I cannot see from the treeview where my unread items are, I have to click on all feeds 1 by 1 to check if they have some unread items.
.
"Hide read feeds" also hides feeds with unread items in them.
.
Could someone help please (using version 3.13).

3.13 is a bit buggy I guess.

3.13 is a bit buggy I guess. The most stable from my point of view is 3.11 (3.12 is heavy on my CPU with the same feeds I dont know).

Also "Release Candidate, midrelease or preview available" are not really helpful to test and debug versions.

(Help ! ) Unread feeds still displayed as read in 3.13 !

The problem is still here. Now several of my feeds start to have this bug. They do get updated, but are always displayed as read feeds. So when I select the option "Hide read feeds", many feeds with *un*read articles are hidden, this is very annoying!

Yes, normal feedreader.

I also repaired the database many times, to no avail.
-
To be more precise, unread count works for all my folders but 1. The problemeatic folder has 7 subfolders in it. Each subfolder has around 10 feeds, so there is no way that I can delete it and re-build it from scratch (too time consuming).
(Severe bug) Unread count stopped working in 3.13

As per title. The count of unread article is dead for me in 3.13. The count never updates.
-
Example: feed has 15 new articles, but count shows 4 (The number it was when I upgraded from 3.12 to 3.13).
Updating the feed adds 20 new articles, but the unread count still shows 4. Reading all 35 new articles 1 by 1 still displays "4 unread". "Mark this feed read" *does* however reset the number of unread. After that, the count remains zero forever, even if new articles come in. The unread count is dead.
"Hide read feeds" will hide feeds that still have unread articles in them (but unread count is displayed as zero).
-
"Refresh unread count" does not solve the issue.
-

‹ Pages automatically opening when feed updates Sound alert don't work properly ›
