Admin level install needed?

Hi. I just tried to upgrade to Feedrader 3.11 and discovered that now you need Administrator rights to run the setup. Is this an intentional change? Because with earlier versions, I just checked 3.10, it was possible to run it as User. And the bottomline question: is this change really necessary or wise? Regards, BenS
