Hi everyone,

Hope there is someone who can help me. My feedreader 3 does not update new changes from my sharepoint wiki site. However, If i delete the feed and add it each time, it can receive the feed.. subsequent updates is not possible (nothing appears). The internet feeds are working fine.

If feedreader has problem
If feedreader has problem with some feeds, we can only help, when some testcase is provided (url). I recommend to try latest (beta) feedreader.exe file.

When you take feed properties, there is status icon. Move cursor on this icon, then (last status) message is displayd.

If it possible, try to verify your feed content with

http://www.feedvalidator.org/

Still having problems with intranet feeds
Submitted by preston on Mon, 2007-10-08 05:09.

Hi Ingmar,

I have tested the feeds using FeedReader beta 3.11 but i still can't update feeds from my organisation's intranet. I believe the feeds are working fine because i have tried receiving the feeds using JetBeans Omea Reader and it actually works. I believe there are some bugs present. Not so sure.

For internet feeds, i have already set the required proxy under options. For intranet feeds, i have also bypass the proxy using the "Do not use proxy server for addresses beginning with:" and entered the url to our intranet feeds.

Hope you can help me thanks. By the way, How do i go about providing the test case for you. Is it a software bug or setting problem?

Sincere Regards.
