Unread filter based on Smartfeeds, not Feeds

Currently (v3.10 beta but also earlier) the 'Status IS unread' filter works fine but has a flaw at the following situation:

There are two feeds (A and B):
Smartfeed #1: Feed name is 'RSS Feed A'
Smartfeed #2: Feed name is 'RSS Feed B' AND title contains 'Comic'
Smartfeed #3: Status IS unread

#3 will display the contents of A and B.

Suggestion:

I'd love to get an option to change the way #3 works: #3 could display #1 and #2 (use all entries from smartfeeds instead of the feeds itself). This would prevent displaying unread results without the filter 'Comic'.

As long as you got a few feeds it's no issue to re-define those filters. Howerver if you got a lot of filters the Unread flag gets quite unusable.
